課程概述 |
本課程針對大學部學生，在基本生物化學及遺傳學基礎上，以細胞為主體將動物細胞的構造與性質作更進一步介紹。內容將從分子構成蛋白質及細胞結構的特性開始，接著介紹特性與其細胞功能的相互關係。然後介紹細胞內的訊息傳遞特性、蛋白質的運輸及細胞骨架扮演的角色等。接著是細胞週期的調控與生死，最後是以細胞不正常發育—腫瘤的形成為結束。 |

本課程為本系動物科學學群必修課程，授課內容主要以細胞為主體，將動物細胞的構造與性質作更深入的介紹。期望提供學生對動物細胞結構與生物功能作更深一層的認識，作為學習分子生物學及其他較高等生物學領域的基礎。 |
